IT Rapido Quick Help is a portable Windows support client. It provides temporary access only while the app is open and you share its one-time password.
Three quick steps
Download, run, and call.
- Download Quick Help using the button on this page.
- Run the downloaded EXE. No installation or permanent access is created.
- Call 226-486-2711 and provide the ID and one-time password shown in the app.
Security reminder: Only run this tool when you contacted IT Rapido or are speaking with us at 226-486-2711. Never share banking passwords or verification codes. Close the app to end remote access.
Privacy: Connections use the public RustDesk rendezvous/relay network and are encrypted. The app may leave diagnostic logs and preferences in your Windows user profile, but it does not configure unattended access. Session access ends when you close Quick Help.
